Who is Botee
Botee is designed to be a multi-purposes artificial intelligence (AI ) online virtual assistant.
The kernel is made by Hon Conn Innovation Corporation ( HCI ).
HCI is looking forwards working with you to tailor Botee to serve your customers and do the e-selling in an intelligent and customer satisfactory way.

1.Collecting client’s proprietary information as part of the semantic base. They can be input manually or by file importing. The information can be the customer service history log and FAQ script, etc.
2.The semantic base also can be enriched by client’s CRM、ERP、KM, plus business domain knowledge of the industry, various Open Data resources, crawled other websites information, etc.
3.Customer interacts with Botee via various platforms, like Line、WeChat、WhatsApp、FaceBook. Proprietary API also can be a choice.
4.Customer askes the question in text or voice . Voice can be transformed to text.
5.The input text is analyzed by the semantic analysis process to come out an assumed answer
6.Text is transformed to voice if required. Bot-it replies the answer in text or voice to the customer.
7.If the question is ambiguous, a series of Q&A will be initialized till an assumed answer is reached or a real person is connected.
8.The dialogue log will be the input of a self-learning process to improve the intelligence of Botee.
