Hon Conn Innovation Corporation (HCI) was founded in 2014. The team has been developing Information Technology (IT) software systems for over 26 years. Our specialty ranges from Data Base to Big Data, Web to APP, traditional coding to Artificial Intelligence, user interface to customer experience, local to cloud and IT service providing to e-selling service. The specialty and domain know-how of HCI team is inherited from its former employer, Comware C&C International Corp. Besides the mastering of the original telecom business support systems (BSS), the team also is adapting to the new edge of IT Software technology. HCI now is transforming from manufacturing IT systems to providing total solution to clients. Furthermore, helps them to reach their business goals. The average length of the team professionalism is over 12 years. The team’s dignity, diligence, reliability and professionalism contributes to its reputation and always build a win-win relationship with our partners for last 26 years.

Development strategy.

The evolving trend of global industry is that manufacturers transforming to service providers, and service providers adapting new technology to serve their customers. HCI was founded to fulfil the needs of this evolution era. HCI helped the world's leading manufacturer Hon Hai Group to enter the telecom service providing industry. HCI is also helping its shareholder Asia Pacific Telecom to provide e-service to their customers. The development strategy of HCI is always adapting the latest technology to help service providers to provide technical service to their customers. The log-term goal is to expand its service internationally.

  • 2018 – today

    Adding e-selling and Artificial Intelligence domain to the skill set.

    Concerning mobile phone users are removing business APPs from their phones frequently. More and more businesses are using LINE@ as their members platform. HCI developed the LINE@ e-selling service for business to solicit members and do e-selling on it. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the state of art technology that businesses depend on to increase productivity and reduce cost. HCI AI team implements inhouse an online virtual intelligent chatbot – Bot-di, to help businesses to serve their customers intelligently with lower cost and perform soliciting function to increase revenue.

  • 2014-2017

    Company was founded to go beyond the traditional software developing. Adding IOT application developing capability and constructing the Online Merge Offline IOT service platform product.

    In 2014, Foxconn group, one of the manufacture titans in the world, appointed one of its subsidiaries - Asia Pacific Telecom (APT) to joint venture with Comware to establish HCI. Followed Foxconn step, HCI has been transforming from software manufacturer to service provider. Besides utilizing Comware team’s telecom BSS expertise to help APT, HCI also developed various Internet of Things (IOT) applications. Besides fulfilling IOT market APP demands, HCI also has constructed the SunLYC (locate your customer) platform for retail stores and MobiLuck APP for consumers, integrated together to provide business the Online Merge Offline (OMO) smart retailing service.

  • 1994~2013

    Built extensive and solid strength in telecom BSS domains and IT software developing skill sets.

    During the Comware age, the team accumulated tremendous telecom BSS development experience. The telecom services covered Numeric Paging, AMPS, TACS, GSM 900、GSM 1800 and WCDMA (2G、3G), PHS, Wi-Fi, 4G (WiMAX、LTE) and Fixed Line. For the past 25 years, it has designed, developed and implemented the Billing and Customer Care Management solutions for more than 10 first tier telecom service providers across Taiwan and China. The team had also implemented many telecom IT solutions for its clients, including On-line Payment, ERP, Number Portability, Prepay, Fraud Control, CDR Inquiry, Document and Image Information, Accounts Receivable Management, Inter Carrier Settlement Billing and all sorts of system integration and data migration.
